Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dripli ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Dripli (operated by Stackedge, Barcelona, Spain).

2. What Dripli does

Dripli is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool. It consists of:

• A web application (dripli.stackedge.ai) for managing campaigns, leads, and analytics
• A Chrome browser extension that executes LinkedIn actions inside your browser
• AI-powered features including Campaign Copilot, reply classification, and intent signals

The extension runs entirely inside your own browser session. Dripli does not access LinkedIn on your behalf from our servers. You are the operator of all LinkedIn actions | Dripli automates what you would otherwise do manually.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account per person. Sharing accounts between multiple LinkedIn users is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Dripli only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use Dripli to send spam, harassment, or deceptive messages
• Exceed LinkedIn's published daily limits for connection requests and messages
• Use Dripli to scrape LinkedIn data in violation of LinkedIn's User Agreement
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in a way that could harm Dripli, its infrastructure, or other users

5. LinkedIn compliance (important)

Dripli is designed to minimise this risk: it runs inside your browser on your real IP address, operates at human-like speeds, and respects daily limits. We take every reasonable precaution. However, we cannot guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not be restricted. You use Dripli at your own risk with respect to your LinkedIn account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Dripli complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any other applicable platform policies.

6. Subscription and billing

Dripli offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are listed at dripli.stackedge.ai/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

Early access: Dripli is free during early access. No credit card is required to start. At general availability, paid plans apply (from €49/mo). Early access users receive 50% off for life when they subscribe.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds: If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@getstackedge.com and we will issue a full refund.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided as-is. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We strive for reliable uptime and data retention but do not guarantee uninterrupted access in all circumstances.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Lead data you import or generate through Dripli belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing the personal data of your leads under GDPR or any other applicable data protection law.

9. Intellectual property

Dripli and all related software, design, and content are the property of Stackedge. You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate (leads, sequences, messages). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dripli and Stackedge shall not be liable for:

• Restriction or suspension of your LinkedIn account
• Loss of leads, data, or business resulting from service downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dripli in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay. We will give reasonable notice where possible. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
